There is a compatibility problem with the Internet Browser on the I-Phone, I-Pad & I-Touch.

The screen will pause while displaying “Logging in, please wait” and go no further.

 

The workaround for this issue is as follows:

1.)        Login as normal.

2.a)      When the screen pauses whilst displaying “Logging in, please wait”

2.b)      Press the BACK button on your browser.

3.)        Login again, it will work the second time
